Transportation

Our quotation are always based on FOB ShenZhen/Hong Kong or EX-Factory (follow our contract when you place order). If the goods are lost  on the way to the destination, we will try our best  to work with the relevant side  to solve the problem, but we are not responsible for this case.

For Example:
Shipment by Express courier, there have tracking no.
Shipment by Air Cargo, there have AWB No.
Shipment by Sea Cargo, there have B/L Original Documents.
For the above, if the goods are disappeared , we do not pay any loss for the shipments. but you can buy the insurance when you place order in case the loss. In general, the insurance rate is 0.55%-5% of the total amount.

Payments

At present ,we can accept  T/T(30% deposit should be paid and the balance shoule be paid before shipment)or L/C at sight irrevocable.

We never accept Credit Cards.
